TOO BAD YOU ARE NOT SURFING WITH US!
Please send us your cancellation by e-mail and do not forget to include your booking number and the booked arrival date. According to our GTCs, the following periods apply for the calculation of any cancellation fee:
Receipt of the cancellation before the booked arrival:
- up to 40 days: € 50,- handling fee
- 39 to 14 days: 30% of the invoice amount
- 13 to 8 days: 80% of the invoice amount
- from 7 days: 100% of the invoice amount
